An AI website assistant is an answer layer on top of an existing corporate website. Visitors ask questions in their own words and the assistant answers from published, approved content only: company information, services, products, project references, countries of activity, news, certifications, downloadable material. Every answer links the page it came from, out-of-scope questions are declined and routed to contact, and a weekly digest reports the questions the site could not answer.

Frequently asked questions
Will it invent answers?
No. The assistant answers only from the content you have published and approved. When a question falls outside that content, it says the site does not cover it and offers the contact route. Refusals are logged, and the weekly digest shows what visitors wanted that the site does not yet answer.
Does it work on a template website?
Yes. The assistant is a separate layer on top of the site, so it works on custom builds and template sites alike, and on any CMS. What it depends on is the quality and structure of your content.
Which languages does it support?
Greek and English by default, with additional languages available on request. Visitors ask in their language and get answers in it, even when the underlying page exists only in one language.
How is this different from site search?
Site search returns a list of pages containing your keywords. The assistant reads for the visitor: it answers the question directly, in their language, and links the source page.
Is it compliant with the EU AI Act?
Yes. Article 50 requires AI systems that interact with people to disclose that they are AI, and the disclosure is built into the interface from the first interaction. Conversations are logged with full traceability, EU-resident by default.
